South Dale Mabry Self Storage is a locally owned and operated company serving Tampa Bay, FL communities for more than 22 years. We’ve successfully offered self-storage for residential and commercial clients throughout South Tampa and live by the motto "the customer always comes first". Our team goes above and beyond to provide great service in a clean and secure atmosphere, and we always treat you like family.

 

At our facility, you’ll find air-conditioned climate-controlled storage units to ensure your items are 100% protected from the hot Florida weather. From 5’ x 5’ to 10’ x 30’, we’re able to accommodate a wide range of storage needs, big and small. Some of our units have lights as well. In addition, outdoor boat parking spaces are available. Rental fees are charged on a monthly basis, and tenants have access 7 days a week from 6 am to 9 pm.

 

The property is monitored 24-hours a day using our state-of-the-art video surveillance system. Our facility is enclosed with a fence and only tenants have access inside of the facility using their personal gate code. Additionally, we have a dock high platform, providing easy loading for those with semi-trucks. Stop by the office if you need to purchase boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other storage supplies. Our boxes start at only $1.99. Be sure to use our loading tools on move-in day.
